Brač to Vis (20NM)

Following a serene night in Brač and maybe a fast swim, you can lift anchor for the second leg of your charter, which will take you to the town of Komiža located on a beautiful bay on the western side of Vis Island. The harbor offers moorings as well as some buoys close to the village. Alternately, you can take a berth in the City of Vis, which is recommended in case of strong winds. For a day on the beach we recommend the town of Gusarica, or Bajcizevo, which is slightly further. Komiža is a fishing village that dates to the 12th Century, and offers a number of traditional seafood restaurants, the most recommended of which are BAKO and Konobas Barba, both located on the waterfront of Ribarska.
